This apartment was an ideal base for exploring the area.

Every detail of this accommodation was good, including location and rooms. It was in an amazing and best possible place. Furthermore, it was really close to a night club, the center.

Overall experience was good! All the features were outstanding: amazing service and incredible location. It had climate control, pay television and a fridge, plus a view over river. Loved a bathtub in bathroom. Setting next to Tortuguero Adventures GuestHouse, the national park and the village.

Waking up to the stunning view from the balcony overlooking the river was truly incredible. The staff, especially Carmen at reception, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible experience. The tour guide, Bryan, was exceptional and the boat trips during the day and night were worth every penny. The rustic charm of the guesthouse added to its uniqueness and I highly recommend it. The location was perfect, right outside the park entrance, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean, with amenities such as AC, Cable TV, and a mini refrigerator. I particularly enjoyed the use of the owner's kitchen. Having the balcony to myself added a touch of privacy. Andres and the entire staff were helpful and made all the necessary arrangements for boat charters. I highly recommend staying here and taking advantage of the tours they offer. I will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

The rooms here are beautiful and fabulous with air conditioning, and the location is amazing, close to the national park and a river.

tortuguero adventures guesthouse was amazing. beautiful views, clean and spacious room, and andrés went above and beyond to help us with our travel issues. the location was perfect, and the staff provided great information and organized tours. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at this guesthouse! the rooms were spacious and clean, with a fantastic view of the river from the balcony. the location right in the heart of the village was perfect for us young holiday goers.

Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The host provided us with great tips, the beds were comfortable, and the private bathroom was a plus, we enjoyed the lake view from the terrace in the evening.

I had a perfect two-night stay, the shower facilities and bath sheets included were very handy.

The convenient location allows for easy access to the park, with boats picking guests up directly from the quay. The beautiful river view from the shared balcony adds to the overall charm of the place. Guests can also enjoy the use of a well-equipped shared kitchen and even rent kayaks for a memorable adventure.

Some maintenance issues, like peeling paint and moldy caulk in the bathroom, can be off-putting.

I had an incredible experience at Adventures Guesthouse. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the village and close to everything I wanted to see. My room had a stunning view of the river from the balcony, where I enjoyed my morning coffee and lunch. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including AC, cable TV, and a mini refrigerator. The highlight of my stay was the amazing tours organized by Adventures. Eric, my guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife. The canoe tour was a truly unforgettable experience, with quiet electric motors allowing us to get up close to the animals. I also went on a magical night turtle tour. Despite a few minor drawbacks like occasional noise from nearby bars and motorboats, I highly recommend this guesthouse for its location, cleanliness, and exceptional tours. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
